From Guernsey Airport
After leaving the airport turn left onto Forest Road. Just before the first sharp left hand bend, on the left is Forest Stores, a small but well stocked local supermarket and Post Office. Continue along Forest Road and straight across the traffic lights until you pass a large concrete water tower on your left (about 1 mile).
Take the next right turn onto Villette Road, it is signposted to Icart. You will soon pass La Villette Garage on your right and La Villette Hotel on your left. Follow the road until you reach a T junction and then turn right, following the sign for Icart Tea Gardens and Icart Point.
Pass four houses on the left and after a stretch of open countryside, look on the left for the La Pastorelle Holiday Bungalow sign on the gateway. The bungalow is on the right hand side of the drive. It will be open and ready for you, please make yourselves at home. If we are not around we will call in later or the next day to make sure all is OK. Please park on the gravel area in front of the bungalow.
If you reach the Saints Bay Hotel on the right you have gone too far.
From Guernsey Harbour
After leaving the harbour area, turn left at the roundabout and carry on along the harbour seafront, keeping in the left hand lane. As you leave town you will go up the hill (known as Le Val Des Terres), and at the top go left at the roundabout and carry on along Fort Road.
After a mile or so you reach a set of traffic lights with an Iceland store ahead of you. Go straight through the lights into a small section of one way road, with Iceland on your left, and then follow the road for about 1 mile. As you continue along this road you will pass the following hotels - La Bella Luce, The Captains and Les Douvres. Then you will come to a T junction with signs for La Barbarie Hotel in front of you.
Go right and in a matter of yards, take the first left and follow the road until you reach another T junction, where the road bears round to the right. Go straight ahead instead, following the sign for Icart Tea Gardens and Icart Point.
